Manually Operated Overhead Switch (IACM)
The overhead disconnect switch with load breaking and manual control IACM MAX-50A is generally located at the branch level, it allows you to isolate a cluster of posts, and to ensure sectioning and looping, it is placed on a simple concrete support of a medium voltage overhead power line up to 36 kV. This device complies with the technical specification of the National Electricity Office (STD60-L60) and the international standard IEC 60265-1.
The aerial switch is suitable for any type of network and in particular for those requiring frequent maneuvers in severe climatic conditions (salt humidity, sandstorms, snow, high altitude, industrial pollution, areas with high pollution density, etc.) This device consists of a switch fitted with an air cut-off device consisting of high-speed stainless steel whisks. It is equipped with a manual control with energy storage, giving a closing and opening speed independent of the operator and guaranteeing closing power.
