Overview and purpose
The FKW18-40.5/630-20 outdoor AC high-voltage isolation load switch (hereinafter referred to as the load switch) is a comprehensive domestic existing load switch. New load switches are designed and manufactured with mature production experience and advanced foreign technology. The load switch is composed of an isolation blade, an arc extinguishing chamber, and an operating mechanism. Adopting the principle of gas generation and arc extinguishing, it has the characteristics of a simple structure and low maintenance. It has the advantages of less protection, strong arc extinguishing ability, high fracture insulation level, and high reliability, reaching the advanced level of similar foreign products. This load switch is suitable for outdoor three-phase AC power distribution systems with a rated voltage of 40.5 kV and below and a rated frequency of 50 Hz. It can be used to break and close distribution lines, and it can also be used to break and close no-load lines and no-load transformers. In the opening position, it can meet the requirements of isolated power requirements specified by isolating switches.
Use environmental conditions
a) Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40℃, lower limit -25℃, daily temperature difference does not exceed 32K; b) Altitude: 1000m; c) Wind pressure does not exceed 700Pa (equivalent to wind speed 34m/s); d) Air pollution level: Level IV according to Article 4.1 of GB5582; e) The seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees; f) The thickness of the ice shall not exceed 10m.
