Structure introduction
The neutral point isolating switch is mainly composed of the isolating switch, the main connecting rod system and the operating mechanism. The main body is composed of contact assembly, rod type pillar insulator, conductive rod assembly, mounting plate and other assemblies. The connecting rod system consists of joints and connecting rods. The output shaft of the operating mechanism can rotate 120° horizontally, and the moving contact and the static contact are turned to close or open through the connecting rod system and the arm. When in the closing or opening position, the positioning device on the operating mechanism ensures that the moving contact and the static contact are in the correct closing or opening position.
Product features
- The isolating switch adopts a snap-on structure and occupies a small area;
- The rotating part of the isolation switch is designed according to maintenance-free requirements. It adopts a stainless steel shaft pin and an oil-free self-lubricating bearing to match the structure; the steel parts are hot-dip galvanized to ensure that the isolation switch is flexible, lightweight, reliable and rust-resistant.
