The LN2-40.5 indoor high-voltage SF6 circuit breaker is an indoor device in the AC 50Hz three-phase system and can be used for protection and control in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, and substations (stations). It can be used in places with frequent damage, and can also be used as a contact circuit breaker and a capacitor bank circuit breaker.
The LN2-40.5 type is equipped with a CT1017, 19 or conjoined spring operating mechanism. LN2-40.5 type SF6 circuit breaker can be equipped with GBC-40.5, JYN1-40.5, and XGN17-40.5 switch cabinets and can also be equipped with KYN61-40.5, KYN10-40.5 metal-enclosed removable high-voltage switch cabinets.
The circuit breaker operating interface is located on the operating mechanism panel. It can directly observe the status of the circuit breaker and operate the circuit breaker. It is suitable for various installation locations.
The integrated design of the mechanism and arc extinguishing system achieves coordination between the operating mechanism and the load, reduces the closing work, improves operating characteristics, and enhances reliability.
Adopting reinforced insulation design, it can meet the requirements for use in high-altitude, condensation, and Class II pollution environments. The breaking capacitor current can reach 800 A.

- Ambient air temperature: upper limit: +40°C; lower limit: -10°C in general areas, -25°C in alpine areas;
- The relative humidity of the air: the daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%;
Saturated vapor pressure: the daily average is not more than 2.2 kPa; the monthly average is not more than 1.8kPa;
- The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive or flammable gas, water vapor, etc.
- Places without frequent violent vibrations.
